Updated: Lynch went above and beyond in winning the business back. Brought the car to me for a 24 hour test drive and decided to purchase the car. Kevin and the entire staff were very helpful and great to work with. Appreciated with my hectic schedule that they had everything lined up and made the documentation and purchase quick and easy. Had no intention of purchasing a car with them and went above and beyond in customer service to win it back. Thank you! Original Post: Had an appointment setup to see and test drive a car and manager had taken a car and wasn't available. Not professional and if they are sloppy on simple things like this glad I'm not going to purchase a car from them.

Sales lady Nancy did an awesome job of hunting down the type of car we were looking for and was able to help make sure we could get a good deal on trade in and find something in our budget, so happy we came to Lynch after horrible experience at Ewald. THANKS again Nancy!!!
