They squeezed me in without an appointment - very grateful for that. I was in an out within a couple of hours.

At the end of December, I just happened to be lucky enough to run into Renee Johnson when I was meeting my father at Lynch Mukwonago to look at trucks for him. Neither of us had been to Lynch before and I did not need a car until March, when my lease ran out, but I ended up buying a new car that day. This one visit changed my whole outlook on buying a car and what a true customer focused sales person can be. I had no intention of buying a new car that day given my lease and that I lived around Madison, which is over an hour away. But after talking with Renee and dealing with her, taking some test drives, I ended up with a beautiful car at a great price. When you think about it, I had to drive over an hour home (I had to turn the lease in around Madison) to than have my father drive me all the way to the dealership the next weekend to pick up my car (so a 2-hour roundtrip just to get there to pick up my car and drive home). However, I would do it again and will when I am looking for my next new car. My first stop and most likely my only stop, when I am looking for a new car, will be with Renee Johnson at Lynch Mukwonago. I cannot recommend someone more highly as she truly cares for the customer, which is hard to find. From the price, to the extras I had added on, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and fair. I do not take recommendations lightly as they project on one's self, but your first call should be to Renee. I do not think you will be disappointed as she really does care about the relationship and what you really want, not just sale.

Got a great used Tahoe at the Burlington GM store, good price, good trade in value on my vehicle. Isaac the salesman was friendly and very helpful and had good communication throughout the process. Dylan the finance guy got me the loan for the truck which included a 50,000 mile powertrain warranty. The final total price and monthly payments were under what I had expected to pay.

Courteous, informative, patient, competent, and listened to our needs. They also gave us choices, found us the perfect auto and let us make up our own mind without any pressure. Renee made it a fun experience.
