Lynch Chevrolet of Mukwonago Review By Jenna Scheder

Upon my search for an AWD SUV for the winter, I was referred to Randy Trease by a good friend of mine Scott Gillette. I ended up buying a 2013 Hyundai Tuscon- not a typical vehicle they have in their inventory for a Chevy dealership. I had seen the vehicle on the website and got Randy's contact info from Scott. I called Randy early one morning about the Tuscon, and despite it being his day off, he came in early to show me the car. When I arrived, Randy had the vehicle warmed up for me and ready to go. We took it for a test drive and it lived up to my expectations. With my dad just getting out of shoulder surgery, he wasn't able to come with me to the dealership. Randy was kind enough to let me drive it home and show him. After getting back to the dealership I decided it was the car I wanted to buy. Randy got my information and got me set up with the financial part of the process. I was originally set up to finance with Wells Fargo with a 9% APR. A few days went by and I got my acceptance from Summit Credit Union. I gave Lynch a call back and they were able to set me up with them. Note this doesn't always happen, but fortunately they were able to set me up with SCU with around a 3% APR, even after I had signed paperwork (this was very kind of them). Additionally after a few days of having the vehicle I noticed the brakes had been pulsating. I took it in to get serviced and they took care of everything free of charge. Again this doesn't happen to everyone; but since the car had been sitting at the dealership for so long and I had just bought it they saved me a great amount of time and money by doing me this great service. All in all I would highly recommend Lynch Mukwonago and doing your sales with Randy Trease. Lynch has been around for a long time, they have knowledgeable, professional, and friendly staff; all around they do an excellent job. I'm not sure I would have been happy going to any other dealership to get a car. Lynch has earned a new customer for as long as I live in the area.
