I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to Todd Dimoff, Marcus Gradian, and the entire Lynch Mukwonago family. Yes, I said family. I said family because that is exactly how I was treated. I came all the way from Milwaukee because I had heard positive things about Lynch Mukwonago's staff and service. I am pleased to say that everything I heard is true. This dealership went above and beyond to put me and my family in a safe, reliable, NEW car. My previous vehicle was on its last leg. It seemed every week I was repairing one thing or another. As a single mother of two daughters (one in high school and one in college) my finances were burdened with necessities, bills and student loans. As a result, my credit score took a hit. Thinking that I was destined to buy another used car, and subsequently inherit another person's problems, I was skeptical about making the trek all the way to Mukwonago. Boy, was I wrong! Todd and Mark crunched numbers and made magic happen: They put me in a BRAND NEW, 2018 Dodge Journey! I am deeply indebted (no pun intended) to their kindness and professionalism. I got a new car and they gained a life-long customer.
