It started with an email about a 2016 Trax I had found on the website. I made an appointment with Kevin, who promptly responded, for the same day when I got done with work. From the moment I walked in, it was a great experience. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and well, just plain awesome! I understand for him it was a sale, which is his job [and paycheck], but I still appreciated the fact he was "johnny on the spot" when it came to collecting all my info and doing the initial paperwork. Once I was "passed off" to Lindsay in finance, the great experience continued. She, too, was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained things very clearly. (And of the five cars I've now purchased, or been with while someone else was purchasing, she's the first finance person I've dealt with who was actually fun to work with!) Once all that was taken care of, I was "passed back" to Kevin who - even though it was almost 9 pm (an hour after they closed), still offered to go through all the buttons and gadgets (Bluetooth, etc.). Though I declined his offer for a "full tutorial", he did get the initial OnStar set-up call started for me; which I appreciated.Even if I don't end up using the service department, the sales department certainly sold me on WANTING to be repeat customer (hopefully not for many years down the road though!) :-)
