When I come in for an oil change I ask that you do not wash my vehicle. This time and the last time I came in, you washed my vehicle. I tell the person that checks me in, but obviously the message isn't getting passed on. This is rather important to me, what could I do to make sure this doesn't happen again?

If I could give Lynch Chevrolet of Mukwonago more than 5 stars, I would. I recently purchased a 2016 Trax from Lynch Chevrolet of Mukwonago. My husband and I were very impressed with the warm, friendly atmosphere that the wonderful staff provided us with. We felt very comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating. The Trax is amazing!!! It drives awesome!!! The features on it makes driving so much easier with the backup cam and the Bluetooth hookup. Chris Nguyen helped hookup my phone to the Bluetooth, and helped me set up onstar. Which was so helpful of him, because I'm not very tech savvy @f0@f0 Chris made sure that we were comfortable with everything before we left. He made sure that the anxiety of buying a new vehicle was put to rest. We left driving our new vehicle with relief and excitement. We have been driving the Trax for about a week now, and everything is great!!! It rides very nice, it has great gas mileage, and it's very comfortable to drive. I highly recommend going to Lynch!!! You will be treated like family there!!!

Lynch Dealership is excellent to work with but the nationwide part unavailability and the length of time for GM to have the part manufactured and available to the dealership leaves a lot to be desired. The car sat at the dealership for over 3 weeks. Once the part arrived the car was immediately repaired by the dealership and made available for pickup within a day.
